The team at Popmenu continues to look for ways to add more customizations to the A.I. Answering product you already love. We recently to a look at call logs across all clients and identified a theme of 6 topics that came up frequently during conversations and didn’t exist in our Custom Response Topics. So, we added them, giving you more options in how you can customize the answers to your guests’ questions. 

Introducing our latest additions to Custom Response topics: 

  • Parking: Have a unique parking situation and want to help guests find a space? As an extension of the wheelchair accessible parking topic that correlates with a GMB/GBP attribute, you can now provide that important information to ensure guests know what to expect when they arrive. 

  • Food Allergies: Have guests calling to ask if dairy free cheese is available for their pizza? You can now customize the answers to these important health-related requests.  

  • Lost & Found: Frequently getting calls from guests who left something behind? You can now route and respond to these important requests.  

  • Employment: Looking for team members in the midst of this challenging labor market? Now you can ensure they don’t miss their next best employee. 

  • Gift Cards: Starting to get calls about the availability of gift cards as presents for the holiday season? Now you can ensure they don’t miss out on opportunities to collect that valuable holiday revenue. 

  • Managing Reservations: Although this won’t be customizable, it will automatically route to a team member when triggered so clients don’t miss out on valuable reservation revenue!
