☎ A.I. Answering updates to improve your experience and that of your guests ☎ 

We’ve added some feature updates that keep you informed and also improve the experience of your guests when calling your restaurant looking for answers.  

• Voicemail Notifications Turn on voicemail notifications via SMS or email in your Answering settings. Notifications will be sent to the email and/or phone number you have set in your user profile. 

• After Hours Call Routing Now, after hours, if a caller asks to speak to a team member or says something that triggers a topic that would forward them to the fallback number, we’ll send the caller to voicemail. 

• Voicemail Fallback Now, if a call is sent to fallback number and either the line is busy or the restaurant doesn't answer, we will send the call to voicemail (no more dropped calls!)
