Ever been confused about the default messages shown in AI Answering Custom Responses? Well, we've made some updates to hopefully remove than confusion.
Whats new?
Custom Responses in AI Answering Settings now displays the proper default response for each topic based on your restaurant's configuration!
GMB/Google Business Profile Topics will display yes/no/I don't know responses
All other topics will display their appropriate default message based on the My.Pop configuration
Custom responses will still override any defaults!
