🍽️ Allow guests to place orders in advance with Future Ordering 🍽️

Now, select how many days in advance (60 days max.) guests can place standard and catering orders.
With this update:
Each order type now has a general tab to manage this feature.
For standard orders, scheduled orders need to be enabled to utilize this feature.
For catering orders, scheduled orders is enabled by default so only the number of days have to be specified.
Guest date selection is now presented in a calendar view with ineligible dates disabled.
