Answering & Location Reservation Settings: Answering will now set the default response based on a location's reservation settings in My.Pop!

- An "Accepts reservations" setting will text the caller a link to the website for more information on reservations.

- A "No reservations" setting will inform the caller that reservations are not accepted.

Answering & Popmenu Waitlisting: Answering now integrates with Popmenu Waitlist to ensure callers receive accurate Waitlist information by default.

The default response Answering provides to callers will vary depending on what version of Waitlisting clients have subscribed to in My.Pop. For clients with Waitlisting Max, Answering system will read back the current wait time, and will also text a link to join the waitlist on the restaunrant website. For clients with Waitlisting Pro, Answering system will direct a caller to a team member for help - we've got each scenario accounted for!
