Become a Follower / VIP V2

We’ve rebuilt the Become a Follower experience with a smaller, simpler UI and a stronger foundation for follower identity and Loyalty.

Here’s what’s changing:

• A streamlined pop-up that takes up less screen space across desktop and mobile

• Password-free sign-up and sign-in using access codes sent by phone or email

• A new Complete Your Profile step to collect any missing name, email, or phone information

• Loyalty messaging only appears when Loyalty is enabled

• All VIP customization settings now live together in my.pop

• Phone number is now the primary identifier for followers, helping prevent duplicate accounts across sign-up and sign-in methods
