Our latest release of updates for AI Answering Settings gives you more options, greater flexibility and a bit of fun, too! Here’s the rundown of changes live today:
Redesigned Settings Section - now with a tabbed view, making it easier for you to find and update your settings
Customize Voicemail Messages - giving you more control over what your guests hear when they call
Enable/Disable Voicemail – giving you flexibility to decide if you have the time or capacity to manage voicemails
Disable Fallback Number – letting you decide if you want callers to have the option to speak with a team member
Fallback Number by Topic – allowing you to create individual fallback numbers for a specific topic (catering, orders, events)
After-hours Call Routing Buffer – enabling you to set a buffer for callers to connect with a team member outside of hours
Customize Response to Reservations topic – giving you the ability to create a response based on callers using phrases about editing a reservation
Additional Voices + Voice Names! - adding a more human component to your voice selection and a few additional options from which to choose!
