🛒 Manage Out of Stock Items! 🛒

Suddenly have an item that is out of stock? Now you can temporarily remove that dish from your from online ordering menus.

You can keep popular dishes visible on your menus while preventing them from being ordered when they are out of stock. You can mark a dish as out of stock, which keeps the dish visible on the menu, but unavailable to be ordered.

Setting a dish to one of the Out of Stock options replaces the Add to Order button with an out of stock indicator preventing the dish from being ordered.

Out of Stock Options

• The Out of Stock option marks the dish as out of stock indefinitely. The dish will remain out of stock until the client changes this dish setting.

• The Out of Stock Until Next Business Day option marks the dish as out of stock for the remainder of the current business day. The dish will be automatically available to order on the next business day according to your ordering hours.

Mark a Dish as Out of Stock

• Select the menu icon with your Popmenu toolbar

• Select the dish you would like to mark as out of stock within your dish list

• Scroll down and then select Out of stock.

• You can keep the dish as out of stock, which means it will remain out of stock until you mark the dish as in stock

• Or, you can select the dish as out of stock until the next business day. The dish will be automatically available to order on the next business day according to your ordering hours.

• Press Save

Note that restaurants that do not use online ordering can still use this feature to indicate to guests browsing their menu that a dish is currently not available.
