NEW: Restaurant Feedback Tool 🗣️
We’re excited to announce our newest feature designed to help you turn guests into loyal regulars! With the Restaurant Feedback tool, you can now gather valuable insights from diners, learn what guests are loving, and take action to elevate their dining experience.
How It Works:
Guests receive a text message two hours after being seated, asking for feedback on their visit.
Upon submitting feedback, guests are rewarded with a dine-in offer (set by you!) for their next visit.
Feedback can be accessed in My.Pop via the feedback side panel or the Restaurant Feedback management page.
