Custom Order Notifications by Type
Send notifications based on order type —standard, catering, or events— so your team always gets the right info at the right time.Refund Permissions
Admins can now decide who has access to issue refunds, helping you reduce mistakes and keep tighter control over transactions.DoorDash Delivery Tracking
Simplify tracking for guests and your team. Guests get a tracking link via confirmation email or text (available with the new ordering system), and your team can view the same link in the order details panel.Custom Ordering Fees by Order Type
Set unique fees by order type and fulfillment method to better manage operational costs and protect margins.Default Tip Settings by Order Type
